Rifle Scopes Primary Arms FFP GLx ACSS Scopes worth it?

Anyone have experience with the Primary Arms FFP GLx ACSS Scopes?

I am frequently asked by friends what scope they should buy for under XX dollars and I try to steer them towards any of the FFP options. With locking turrets and a decent reticle these look like a good option.
