Primer pockets

Does anyone give a big fat F U to primer pockets and not see a loss of accuracy?

Vibratory with corn cob, walnut, or rice. Primer pockets have carbon in them. It matters not.

I uniform them. I also deburr the flash hole. I'm not sure that it helps but it won't hurt.

I do nothing, tumble in corn cob with primer still in before sizing. I tested SS tumbling, ultrasonic, corn, walnut, rice.

Best SD's and accuracy for me come from corn cob. Dirty pockets here with zero issues.

I’ve uniformed them ONLY because I had a box of nosler brass where the primers were not seating at least flush with the head. So now if I can remove material, I just do it. I don’t think clean pockets do anything other than a feel good measure

Virgin brass right out of the box, yes.. And I have taken SOME material out!! After that, I never touch them again....

I deprime, ultrasonic clean, anneal, size, then vibratory in corn cob for 30ish minutes to get lube off, trim, prime, charge , and seat. The ultrasonic + vibratory clean the pockets pretty good but occasionally some pockets have some tough carbon in them, I just leave it. Never been a problem.
