The first time I shot my new build (.300WM)- the 2nd time I went to use the bolt release it wouldnt release the bolt. I noticed the lever on the left side of the action (blueprinted Rem700 L/A)that is supposed to drop to let the bolt out was not dropping down far enough for the bolt to release. I used a small allen wrench to push it down to let the bolt out to investigate the problem.
I tested it with the bolt removed and its sticking up just enough not to let the bolt out.
The first time I removed the bolt it worked fine, the second time is when I had a problem.
Anyone else have this problem with a cg jackson trigger?
Is there an easy fix to this?
