Just see if anyone else as had this problem, I was at the range today, I was shooting reloads, 4 grns of unique behind a 124 ball. It seems like the slide slowed way down. I had stove pipes, fail to feeds, you name it. I was shooting old brass, it was left there. Any ideas? Most of the times M9 are like tops and the energizer bunny. I did have just a little bit of Rem oil on it. Ideas?

That seems like a VERY LIGHT LOAD to me at first glance. 4.1gr was the min. Unique load in my manual and only produced MV of around 900fps or so IIRC. That light a load may account for the cycling problems you are getting, especially if the pistol is newer or has a heavy recoil spring.

My accuracy load with Unique is 5.0gr of Unique at a MV of 1050fps (4.4-4.5" barreled pistols). It runs great through various 9mm pistols, including a Beretta 92FS, HK USPs and P7s and others.

Also, do you have a go/no-go or max cartridge gauge? It is possible that your reloads could be a little out of spec from resizing, seating, etc. and one of these gauges will give you a good idea if that is the case.
