Dewalt chucks are more concentric than mulwaukee. For precision riflea Dewalt is the preferred tool.
 
You should definitely rethink what you're doing here man. That carpet is gonna suck those shavings right up, you'll never go barefoot again. Do it over a hard surface.
 
You should watch using the hammer setting. When the hammer hits the anvil your likely to get some run out. Just sayin...
 
I like using drills with cheap levels in them so you can stay really true to the contour, bore don't really matter the only thing that matters is your fundamentals.
 
Run it backwards with a yawing motion every so often too. That'll make extraction easier. The Army's machine guns are like that, so you know it's good to go.
