Proof Research 16inch 1:8 twist carbon fiber .223 wylde barrel. Round count is 240 rounds of factory hornady 53 grains superformance and factory 55 grain Nosler BT ammo. Slow fire only. Barrel is 1/2 moa at 100 yards with factory hornady 53 grain superformance all day when I do my part. Only reason I’m selling is to go the SBR route so I can give the federal government my money for a barrel that is 5 inches shorter
