This is a Proof Research factory built rifle. It is in perfect, like-new condition. I have exactly 53 rounds through it. I broke in the barrel according to Proof's recommendation. It shoots exceptionally well. It comes from Proof with a sub-MOA guarantee, but I shot several half-MOA groups while getting it sighted in.
