    Anyone know where I can find a MSR/PSR barreled action? I'm ready to go unicorn hunting at that price.

    Alternatively, is there enough meat on the MSR/PSR inlet to have the action inleted/remachined to fit a rem 700 action?

    what action would it take then? I thought he psr was the stiller action. Or is that just the mk13?

    In Brownell's description it specifically states that the chassis will not fit rem 700 rifles. I've also confirmed this with a rep. The MK13 is the Stiller Tac 300 with a few small spec differences, so I think that's what you're alluding too. From that I gather the MSR/PSR is the quick change non-round action remington offers. I think this which eurooptics offers just the short action version:

    You're basically buying a 'useless' chassis and you won't find the barreled action unless you go through Remington Defense direct to see what they can do.
     
    Can I assume that the .308 magazines will work with any bottom metal that will accept an AICS-style .308 magazine?

    Yeah that's my question what action is it for then? Is it a mil only action from remington

    What chassis are you referring to? The stock linked in the OP's 1st post will definitely take a standard 700 short action.
