Switched bottom metal on my old Surgeon .308. It had Badger M4.

Easy change out. Removed a little material from the outside of the footprint and some near the front. Used the existing pillars and guard screws...

I'm really diggin' the PTG DBM I have for my AAC-SD, I had GAP do the inletting I wasn't going to try it myself with a dremel. They're an excellent value IMO.

I did mine with a dremel too. Not perfect but works. Need to go back and bed the BM at some point.

Nice...been thinking about replacing some BDL BM with one of those.

Nice man, dremel and some patience can do a pretty nice job. I have inletted a few BDL guns for badger metal.
