Gunsmithing PTG bolt handle for R700 bolt

I have had these installed on two different R700 SA by shops that are known to do quality work and in both cases when the handles were correctly timed to the action, the bolt handles lifted so far that they would rub on the eye piece of the scope body when the bolt was cycled.

The issue was "fixed" by some fitting but it seems that the handles should be made a little different so the lifting arc would be lower and the handle not travel so high.

Is this a known issue with these handles?

At this point nothing would surprise me from PTG. Those clowns need to get their shot together before the boat goes to the bottom for good.

I install quite a few of them and it seems every batch is different and requires something to get them right. PITA.
