PTG Rem 700 bolt extractor choices

I'm planning to order a PTG bolt for my Rem 700 LA. I see that they offer several extractor choices. The only one I've had any experience with is the factory extractor. Could anyone give me any advice on benefits/preferences between the Sako, the M16 and the mini 16? My bolt face is .308.

M16 all the way. Bigger and better than the typical factory and safer than the unpinned sako.
