Any experience/issues with these? Do you think they would need to be run through a sizer before loading? Thinking of using them for banging steel or punching paper.

I pull SMk 175s and Amax 178s all the time and reuse them.

I would run them through the sizer for sure. I have had more than a few that are a bit out of round either due to crimp or pulling. The sizer did help with that.
Also be aware that the ogive length could be very different between an older pulled smk and a newer one because of machinery variances. I have the best luck sizing them first, and then sorting them into similar groups.
Either one of these could cause pressure issues if you are running a warm load. Other than that, I say go for it.

Ok, I give, you are sizing jacketed bullets, like sierra Matchkings? What do you use to do that? and I thought trimming meplats was over the top...

Military pulled rounds are what I am refering to.
Some of the 50 bmg API pulled rounds need to be pushed through a sizer.

also use the 175 and have shot lost of pulled bullets and they shoot as good as i can
