Night Vision Pulsar repair and service

I was wondering if anyone has had to use Pulsar's repair service? I have an HD19a monocular thermal that comes on and displays the Pulsar name on the view screen but then just shows a blank screen. It never displays an image of any sort other than the Pulsar logo image. I have a repair authorization # but the email I got from Pulsar said they were a distributor in the US and have a limited amount of spare parts and might have to send the unit back unrepaired. To bad I don't have warranty left on this unit.

Pulsar replaced my broken thermal with a brand new unit. Thanks guys especially considering my thermal was outside of it's warranty period.

I've always dealt with the dealers when it comes to Pulsar. For Trijicon and Armasight and ATN I dealt directly with the companies ... but for Pulsar with the dealers. Not sure why.

I'm just gonna throw this out there. You dont have the lens cover closed do you?
