put a brake on my .308 today

I've always wanted to do one on my .270 deer rifle but never got around to it. then I got into ar's and after I put the first one on my seekins ar I knew I would not build a gun without one again. so this is my first build since and its getting a ross schuler break. I contacted him so I could get it to match the contour of my barrel. I sent him the payment wed. night and within an hour he emailed me back and said it was in the mail! showed up at my door this morning, now that's what I call service! this thing looks great! i'm headed to the range in the morning to try it out.

Will wait for a report, i love shooting brakes and wonder how your 308 handles after wards.

I don't have anything to compare it to because this is my first .308, but man this thing works. I put 20 rounds through it this morning and could really tell the difference. my shoulder is much happier after this trip to the range. if you look close you can see the balloons at 250yds. which was a fun target, especially when the wind started to pick up.
