Wake up children, we ARE at war with Russia, have been for scores of years. It's just getting hot, is all. They were right when they concluded the Cold War as breaking their Bank. Yeah, so they stopped manufacturing hardware in large quantities, just proof lots; but the research continued full blast. Now they have their T-14 system, Hypersonic Missiles and think they own the back lot. Nothing is unstoppable today.
This war will not be won on ground. For once, Sea, Air, Space will be the key terrain. The timing is based on our own research and development; which is why they're all of a sudden turning up the heat. what's in development really scares them and they want to get us all jazzed up and strike before it becomes operational.
We're right about at the stage where Munich was in 1938. What happened next was called the Phony War, and then the real Hell broke loose.
I recall a dialogue with a formerly active member whom I continue to respect greatly. He said that Russia/CCCP was dead as a major military power. I said, not so.
Shoulda put money on it.
This is Collectivism vs Individual Freedom on the line, and anyone who's been on a combat ground will realize that the price is high, but just keeps gettting higher the more we back away from the ticket window. Pay it now, or pay it later. Skimp on it and watch your children starve and freeze to death. Better theirs than ours.
