Night Vision Pvs14 fogging up while on helmet..

The coyote hunt crew I night hunt with recently added a Pvs14 to the arsenal.
While on the helmet it tends to fog up.
What do you guys do to mitigate this condesation build up that seeming gets trapped in
the eye cup/ lens?

Is there a particular brand of anti fog wipe ?

But also, putting the optics in the garage for 30m before heading out seems to help.

Oh and I remove the eyecup.

don't use the eye cup and get it off of your face a little. it doesn't need to sit tight against your eye
