I have the PWS MK116 Mod1 with the adjustable gas block. I bought it with the purpose that I would run it suppressed and the gas block would help me. Prior to getting my suppressor, I noticed that my rifle cycled fine with the gas setting set to 4 - the smallest amount of gas let through. Their manual says 1 = factory ammo, 2 = hot ammo, 3 suppressed factory, 3 suppressed hot ammo. I run PPU 75gr and setting 4 has no problem cycling while unsuppressed. The ejection pattern is perfect going at the 4pm.

When I put the suppressor on (Saker 556), the brass is ejecting forward. I see it basically spin out of my rifle on do twirlies on the bench I'm shooting off, eventually spinning off to in front of where I was shooting. Looking at the ejection pattern pictures http://media.photobucket.com/user/JamesMangle/media/IMG_9184.jpg.html?filters[term]=proper%20ejection%20AR%2015&filters[primary]=images it looks like it's an overgassing issue.

PWS says the gas block is working and there's too much pressure so I should look into getting a heavier buffer. So quick questions.

If at setting #4 I'm getting these results, what would setting #1 (wide open) do to my rifle? That would be super duper overgassed then?
Which buffer should I be getting? I've never really tinkered with my weapons, I just shoot and clean them. I think it originally came with a H2 buffer, but I am not certain.

Thanks for the help and feedback.
