Suppressors Q: Will suppressor create dust cloud when shooting from prone position?

My brake ports gasses to the sides, parallel to the ground. If I switch to suppressor, will I have problems following my shot through my scope?

Not at all. While recoil reduction is not as profound as with a high quality brake, it is significant. And depending on the brake you're currently using, the recoil might be softer with a suppressor. But, it all depends on the suppressor/caliber combination.

I haven’t shot in super dusty or sandy conditions much but I haven’t noticed it at all.

The suppressor will not create a problematic dust cloud. You shouldn't have any issue with visibility or staying on target.

If anything your brake is going to be kicking up more dust and debris than with a suppressor. Although, that is more of an issue for the guys on your left and right. You will have no issues with a suppressor.

I shoot on dry dusty Wyoming soil all the time. No dust cloud at all, with my ultra 9.
