So, looks like I need to back it down a tad. Guessing the 5.56 pressure max is 62k+?

Yeah, if you have the NATO 5.56 chamber that can handle that pressure the NATO max pressure is at 62K+, as you are apparently aware. And as you can see in this QL picture, the SAAMI max for the Remington .223 chambers is 55,000K.

If I use the default case volume of 28.8 gr H2O, using your numbers, QL shows the pressure to be just under 74K psi. Note also, that the pressure shown in the picture is based on 70°F. At 90°F, and the pressure calculation goes from 63K+ to 65K+ psi. I point this out to help give you some perspective.
