Quality Dovetail to Picatinny Adapter

Does such a thing exist? My snipers hide and google search are not turning up what I want to see. Everything I see is for .22. Do I need to forget about an adapter and just use dovetail rings? Everything else I own is picatinny. Any thoughts? Much appreciated.

In my experience, Weaver rings will work on Picatinny rails but not vice versa. The cross slot on a Weaver rail is very slightly narrower than the Picatinny rail cross slots. A number of ring manufacturers make Weaver versions of their rings.
