quest for POWDER!!!

so I have been looking for VARGET! for eeeeeeever and I found some locally at a shop that I did not even know existed..
However my excitement was short lived when I asked for the price he said $43lb I bought 1 lb and bitched about it for about 2 hours he had quite a bit of powder and my only thought was.. he has so much powder because of his prices

Small hole in the wall shops are where I've bought 99% of my powder and primers for the last 2-3 yrs. $43 is a little steep. I cringed at the $205 for 8lbs of H4350 I found 4-5 months ago.

I've been finding powder for $27-$33 per lbs. Tired of shop owners/employees saying "nobody has any" then bitching about the hazmat fee. Its like no shit Captain Obvious. Been that way for awhile now.
