Suppressors question about a $200 money order, please answer

I got my trust, and a paperwork from my Dealer to start a process for a Silencer, and for a SBR. What I suppose to write in the money orders? BATFE, and / or Department of Justice?
Where to send it to? He mentioned to send both to the same address ??? I am in TX by the way.

The directions are right on the Form4 your dealer gave you.

Look in the upper right corner of the first page of the Form4.

I know... but still he said " ignore it, and send both

Every one I have sent was made out to batfe. They will figure out a way to cash it I promise.

Do NOT send a money order or cashier's check. Send a personal check so that you can verify when and if it was cashed.

i've sent money orders for all 6 of mine and ALWAYS send money orders. There is a # on the back of most that you can call and check the cashing status.

I write BATFE on the top line and always include my serial # in the notes.

I have several items approved, i wrote under pay to the oder of: "BATFE".
hasn't failed me yet

Form 4's go to:

Also I will put a note as a serial numbers to the money orders.

IIRC Form 4 payment is made out to BATFE while the Form 1 payment is made out to DOJ. The adresses listed above are correct for the respective Forms.

1st us a check, not a MO, i have had 2 MO's lost by customers in 5 years. 2nd NFA Branch of ATF, NFA Branch, or BATFE, will all work.

i make my Form 1 and Form 4 checks out to BATFE, either abbreviated or spelled out. my latest Form 1 check was cashed by ATF in January.

I send all of my $200 checks as USPS M.O.'s and have never had an issue.

M.O.'s all made out to the BATFE once again no issues.

Form 4 and 1's, I send all paperwork to the Needy Rd address in Martinsburg. Once again no issues.
