I often seen people posted up their targets after range visited. I saw that they place a red bull eye sticker in the middle but where the bullets landed were a little off the bull eye. Some on the left and some on the right, did they do that on purpose? fill me in on this please.

mostly because they were prolly used to shooting at Cows eyes, ...it goofs on many.

I was gonna say, it's not hard for them to shoot right on the bull eye but they didn't. Hitting a target at 400 yards is not easy well at least it's not easy to me but they made it there and goof it off, weird.

ok,ok,ok....I can't leave it at that. Its so the bullet holes do not obscure the point of aim. Sometimes it because the shooter wants to zero the gun at a distance setting further than the actual target used to sight in. I feel better now.

I shoot just off center - left to counteract Spindrift, I make it 3/8th of an inch off center at 9 O'clock and roughly 1/16th high.
But then again, I consider myself a trendsetter
