F T/R Competition Question about stock weight for FTR

I am looking to replace my Factory Savage FTR stock with a stock that has adjustable hardware and I am concerned about making weight.

I have used a Manners T5A on a couple other rifles and the T5 just feels great to me. Will I be able to make weight with 4.5 lb stock ?

I would weight my barreled action but I don't have a scale handy that has any accuracy.
Also I am running a NXS 12x42 and Censhot Bipod.

max weight for ftr is 18.18 lbs (unless it has changed). so what needs to be known is what the gun weighs without the stock. then you also have to factor in everything else that will be on the rifle while on the firing line. they will weigh your rifle as it will sit on the line while your shooting.
