Question for Mcrees users

I've got the folding g5 and am pretty happy with it but was looking to trim some weight. I've read that swapping to a lighter buttstock would help. My question is - do I need an adapter of some sort that allows the ability to attach an ar style butt stock to the folding mechanism that's on the mcrees? Mcrees sells a model that's ready for an AR style butt stock but I don't see anything for sale.
Any ideas?

Ah, OK. I didn't see anything on their site for sale so I figured it was a 3rd party company or something.
