Question on PWA lower

I have a stripped PWA lower that I was going to post in the classified section but I'm not sure if it is pre of post ban.

From the research that I've done:

"All pre-ban lowers have PWA with a circle around it stamped and under it is Milan, IL. 5.56 Commando and the 4-6 digit serial number."

The exact markings on my lower

I've also read:

Pre-ban lowers are SN 35222 and below

The serial number on my lower is 419xx

So which is it?

It is POST-BAN. Your serial number is more than 6k OVER the cutoff regardless of how the lower is marked otherwise. The serial number controls (in addition to the fact that the lower would have needed to be fully assembled as a rifle/carbine PRIOR to the ban).
