I am finally where Im stable at home and would like to do the occasional competition, most likely the closer ones OK, TX, CO. Is long range hunter the best since it only takes points from your two best for the year and its cheaper? I am in the national guard, would I be able to compete in the law enforcement/military category? I know it says active military, but in my experience that means different things in the military world versus the civilian world. Also assuming I don't join now can I still jump in and join middle of the year if I really wanted to?? Thanks guys I know the PRS website has a lot of FAQ's but I figured since I am on here I could ask a lot of the guys who do the PRS shoots.
