Every one says to wear safty glasses cause if a primer goes off it can blind you so do i wear sun glasses or just the regular clear safety glass?

what ever you will wear all the time. I wear a large pair of readers. Had 1 primer go off in decades of reloading. I was wearing them and glad I was.
