What would be the COAL you'd use?

Which case brand are you loading (Lapua)?

You might want to include barrel length for good measure?

22"barrel. Winchester brass. 2.855 coal

Obviously this could be tightened up with barrel length, COAL, H2O Capacity, etc ... but at least it gives you a rough idea.

Note that case volume is still estimated and the best way for you to know is to measure and get an average yourself as case volumes can vary from lot to lot, let along different manufacturers. Here you can compare this one to the one above that's showing a longer barrel:
