Why is BE so different when N140 vs N540 and getting the same fps

I can see there are some minor differences in different areas, but which areas are effecting the Ballistic Efficiency that much?

Amount of propellent burn and case fill, adj your numbers so 540 has 100% burn rate, your velocity will go up and so will the BE number.

It does, but the BE is 31% which is still far from 33.6%

QL is telling you that 140 is a more efficient powder in the case you are running then.

Hehe, yeah, I figured. I just wondered which parameters would change the BE by 3-5% considering most attributes was the same

I guess I'm not sure what you consider the same, the burn numbers above your charge weight are quite different. Search QL for a powder with closer numbers to 140 and run your test.
I've ran QL for yrs, and a 33% efficiency rating at 55K pressures indicate some good juju. And honestly, I doubt I've shot a load with that high of a number, if indeed it is accurate.
