I bought a 700P this weekend and these were on it. I had a Seekins 20MOA rail in the parts bin and ordered some MK4 rings for a little more elevation and to cut a few ounces of weight.
I don’t know who makes them but they appear to be of good quality. They left no ring marks on the optic which is always a good sign. Rings are 30mm with 1” reducer inserts and appear to be steel. Base is 0MOA and steel and marked “made in Russia” on the bottom which is the only marking on either.
