It depends on what you want to use the rifle for. Also how does it shoot already? Alot of people are so eager to replace the barrel on their new rifle and most of the time is shoots sub moa to begin with. As far as parts, buy quality products to begin with and you can save alot of money in the long run, by not having to replace parts. You should not need to bed your rifle, as the B&C has an aluminum bedding block, and a 14 lb. .308 has very little recoil to begin with, so a brake really isn't necessary. Just buy a nice scope ( the best you can afford on your budget) some high quality rings and base and shoot the guts out of it, and you will decide what you do and do not need later on.
