Why not, Foxpro started with a 6V flashlight housing. My FX3 still looks a lot like the old Rayovac 6V flashlight. The ammo can probably isn't very shock proof or water resistant.

I immediately thought homemade predator caller as soon as I looked at the pics.

It looks to be very well made, with a lot of effort gone into making it look factory fresh.

Very nice.

Price is a bit steep, but its pretty cool.

Looks like a military predator blaster to me. I could use two of those. Sync up two togther with a remote and a couple sounds duling each other
and watch the yotes come a running.
