you have to wonder if you were carrying a CCW and this guy started doing this what would have happened if you would have drawn down on him? Virginia has some unusual laws in regards to using a firearm. You cannot defend property with your weapon and it has to be a clear case of self defense. I wonder...

It's not very smart to play chicken with a car when you're on a motorcycle. After seeing a photo of the suspect, I am not the least bit surprised.

I think I would have ran him down. I would have used the I feared for my babies life, I didnt know, he could have had a gun.

In my line of work, motorcycle helmet and the way he used it would be considered a weapon. Guy would be done if I had my son with me!

I couldnt get the vid to play past the ATT ad but I can just imagine.
Thats why i stopped carrying when I drive. I was traveling up I-81 also in Virginia and a guy tried to cut me off and i wouldnt let him. You could see the demon light up and he just went nuts. Ended up trying to pass me on the left shoulder. Had I had a pistol he would have been dead.
Just as a friend of mine said one time"that a gun makes a frightened little man feel like a badass, I think being in a car tends to make frightened little people feel invulnerable, and they use it to vent all their frustrations.
