Wife and I just completed the Tennessee Ragnar Relay with 10 of our friends. Had a blast running from Chattanooga to Nashville. My 3 legs of the race were a total of about 17 miles and one big ass hill 4.5 miles long. At 35, I am in better shape than I was in the Marines.
Love seeing this work out section of the forum. I'm going to make this my new hang out.
