Who is the current manufacturer for these? I understand it is no longer DD Ross but I might be incorrect.

DD ross for the 30 moa base,Badger Ord for the scope rings.

Where does it say Badger base? It says USMC 30 MOA base, and refers to the bottom metal as either the DD Ross from 1999-2007, and the Badger DBM 2007-2009.

DD Ross is correct for the base, lug, and some bottom metals. Badger for the DBM and rings.
