Why not just make one from a used $10 baby jogger stroller off ebay? Maybe $15 in ATV gun clamps and you're golden.

Yeah no doubt there are way easier and cheaper options. The one in this video is still a prototype. They are working on a more robust set of wheels. I like how it folds pretty flat. In all honesty, I don't expect it to ever go to production. I'm not sure there is demand. I bought one because I like supporting small business and I diy so much stuff I didn't mind spending 200 bucks. I've wasted that on cheaper made stuff.
