Hi all,
I'm in the market for a new range finder and have narrowed it down to three options (I think...) but i don't have the ability to get hands on with them to get a better feel and make a choice. The main purpose will be target shooting 300-1000M but will get the occasional hunting trip as well.
So my choices are:
Leica Rangemaster CRF 2400R
Pros:
Best glass of the 3?
Waterproof to 1M
Vortex Ranger 1800
Pros:
Vortex warranty (I'm a vortex fan boy)
Waterproof
HCD mode
Tripod mount
Cons:
Less range
Sig Sauer Kilo 2200MR
Pros:
Angle modified range
Mil reticle
Cons:
Only water "resistant"
Bad reviews regarding aiming point on the aiming circle
All of these are around the $850 AUD mark online which is more than I want to spend but do it once do it right eh!
Whats your pick and why?
