Rifle Scopes razor hd 5-20 issue

The new scope juat came in and....

So as pictured my turret is already at the 5 ash mark or line whatever is called and cannot go futher down?!?

I also have only 19.2 MRAD of up travel vs 36 advised???!?!

Elevation turret is perfectly fine.

The scope is the rzr-52006. 10 MRAD turret

Do i miss something and it is perfectly alright or the scope is wrong?

Yea, unlock them, then spin the turret down, or just wait till you actually zero your rifle and do it then because you will have to change it anyway.

Hello,
As was already stated the zero stop is set at the center of the travel when it leaves here. The windage is also set at the center when it leaves here. I see you have turned your windage all the down(left). You may want to center that back out for a couple of reasons. 1. When you go to sight in or bore sight you are going to be WAY off target. 2. When you have the turret bottomed out like this you are fully compressing the erector spring. This would be the equivalent to leaving a couple thousand pounds in the back of your pick-up truck, while the spring(s) will take it, it can slightly weaken them and/or they can take a slight set if left under this load for a period of time.
