I have heard you can change the timing on the way it throws... I didnt find this info in the instructions... How do I figure this out and do it? Can someone give me a link with the info or fill me in... I have two of them I run at the same time and they are both set differently..

Look up "reprogramming" it's been beaten to death on this forum and should be very easy to find
Use this one from 8541 Tactical. It is what I used and is very well done. I highly recommend the straw mod as well.
I am fortunate to have two CM and I set one up exactly per the video and the other just a tiny bit slower to run those super fine ball powders like AA2520.
