I lost my RCBS Charge Master power cord somewhere in the latest move. Well, when I was searching for it I plugged in a couple random power cords that look like they could be it, nope....
Well, friend called RCBS to see how much a replacement power cord would be, they sent one free of charge!
Got home last night to plug in my new cord and low and behold, my CM won't come on... I call RCBS and tell them what happened, and that I thought I might have burned something in there when I plugged in one of the other cords. They told me it was outside of warranty since it was a few years old (here's where I was preparing to bend over), and to send it in with a check for $45 and return shipping info and they'd fix it!!!
Now that's customer service....
Them and Hornady have been the best companies to deal with.
