RCBs small base x dies

What are your thoughts on the RCBs x dies
Trim to start and then no need to trim again. Supposedly prevents case growth

Will be an AR in 223 wild for precision shooting

I use it in my wylde, works good, I use an almost max charge of benchmark I still think you need to trim, not as often but the brass still gets longer.
