Had a Chargemaster. The keyboard went out on it 2 weeks ago. Shipped it back. Today they sent a brand new one. Great company,Great Product.

I had one that had some issues, it was older, they charged me $40 I think and sent me a brand new one....couldn't be happier. If it was newer I know they'd have sent me one free of charge without hesitation, but I wasn't going to argue for $40.
RCBS is a great company for customer service, if only more were like them.

You have to call at the right time of the day.If you try to call early you will get longer wait times. I usually call later in the day. It seems to get through quicker.
