Gunsmithing re-barrel

What would be an average price for a customer provided barrel blank install on customers receiver ?
Barrel is contoured by manufacturer but requires chambering and crowning/ threading to receiver .

Just paid $275 at my local smith for this work. $325 at a reputable place like LRI is a deal.

I got a quote of $350.00 from my local smith who does excellent work and will go with him as I'm sure it will be cheaper to simply drop the rifle off and avoid shipping/ffl fees !
Thanks to everyone for the input , this will be my second barreling , the first was 28 years ago . It may seem like along time between but the rifle is purely a hunter .

Just an fyi, you wont need an ffl to send your own gun to be worked on, and then be shipped directly back to you.

I just had one done for $325-$350, can't remember exactly as it was a line item on a bigger bill, from a nationally known outfit.
