have a brand new unfired 6 creed barreled action, barrel is a heavy palma bartlein, with that being said, are there any calibers that this can be rechambered to in the event i don't want to keep it as a 6 creed? Calibers I'm considering are the 6xc and 243 win

6XC and .243Win are both going to require a setback. Very few 6mm reamers are going to be able to clean up a 6Creedmoor chamber without a setback. If you're going to setback, then just about anything is on the table, as long as you have enough shank for a setback and you can live with a shorter barrel.
