I'm not sure what you mean by that.
Calibrating BP is the most important part, and it doesn't vary much over a wide area, unless you have a dramatic vertical distance between you and, say, the nearest airport.
Temperature can be calibrated easily against any high-quality thermometer.
For example, I just checked the BP of the Kingsville Naval Air Station, which is about 85 miles away, against the one at the Rockport Airport, which is about a mile away. They are within 25 feet of the same height above mean sea level. The readings are identical, which I'd expect.
And my Kestrel is off that reading by 0.03 inches of mercury, which is not enough for me to bother to recalibrate it.
