Gunsmithing receiver refinish and roll stamping

Looking for a reputable smith to refinish and roll stamp initials on a m700. Any recommendations?

all i have ever seen is engraving and thats just the local smiths here. one of the savage centered smiths offered barrel engraving too. i could look for it, but i have never run across anyone offering roll stamping.

thanks - I have two or three correct receivers I want to get correctly stamped "U.S." for m40 builds.

I don't know anyone that "roll stamps" anything. Most will punch stamp, engrave, or etch.
