The short answer is yes...but? What rifle? Savage can be done easily. Rechamber the barrel and replace the bolt head. Others will necessitate re-cutting the bolt face and a new extractor, or replacing the bolt in its entirety. But why do you want it done? Hunting? The .338-06 will do all you need it to do. Distance? You probably need to think a bigger hammer than the win mag. JMHO
