I assume that as long as the reamer is larger than the current chamber, there won't be any need for a setback?

This is on a DT SRS barrel that has had the tennon fluted, thus I'd like to avoid a setback if possible. It's currently a very accurate 7 LRM with less than 200 rounds on it , considering going to a 28 Nosler and don't want to go with a new barrel.

You'll have to take into account shoulder angle and neck length as well as diameter on the reamer. You still may end up with some setback but I bet it's less than one barrel revolution if things were to go as planned.
