Recommendation for Rugged Tablet for field use/fireline, and case

I tried a quick search and didn't find what I was looking for.

I am looking for recommendations on a tablet for field use and particularly the wildfire environment. These days pencil and paper don't cut it any more. I have used both Ipad and android products in the past before retirement.

Requirements:

Needs to be durable, military grade-whatever that means?
LONG battery life
Ability to withstand harsh environments... dust/ash/ water & operator falling down occasionally.
Not huge
Easy to use

I Probably will purchase Avenza, maybe another mapping program with hopefully USGS quads in the background.

I need to get this ordered ASAP. Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

Yes, I will likely add a ballistic program as the bigger screen should help with my weary eyes at the range.
